📍 Travel & Distance Fee Policy

At EJ Duct Cleaning, we proudly serve the greater Chicagoland area with professional air duct, dryer vent, and gutter cleaning services. To cover the cost of fuel, time, traffic, and wear on our equipment, we apply a small travel fee for jobs outside our standard 20-mile radius from West Englewood.

Distance-Based Travel Fees:

• 0–20 miles: No extra charge
• 21–30 miles: $25 travel fee
• 31–40 miles: $40 travel fee
• 41+ miles: $50–$100 (based on location and accessibility)

🏙️ 

Downtown Chicago (Loop, River North, West Loop, etc.):

Due to heavy traffic, parking difficulties, and time delays, all downtown service calls include a flat $50 Downtown Service Fee, regardless of distance.

⚠️ Please note: If no legal parking is available nearby and a parking ticket is issued during service, the client may be responsible for covering the cost of the ticket.

We recommend reserving a loading zone or giving clear parking instructions ahead of time when possible.

If your service address is outside our 20-mile radius, we’ll confirm the exact travel fee during booking. This helps us stay on schedule and continue offering excellent service without cutting corners.
